In the heart of the city lies a hotel with great potential. It’s easy to find and well connected with public transport - just walk across the street to the train station. The rooms are spacious and inviting, with neatly laid out furnishings and a clean, cosy vibe. The breakfast is basic but good with a selection of pastries and cold meats. The staff is attentive and cheerful, and they leave chocolates in the room each day. Unfortunately, the lack of assistance for seniors, with 12 steps to navigate before reaching the room, is a clear oversight.

There was a train station close by. Perfect for city trip. Location, easy walk to all attractions.

The value for money at City-Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, stylish, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from the train station, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, right across the street from the train station. The Turkish bakery and pizza place next door were amazing, and there was another great restaurant just across the street. The outdoor seating was perfect for enjoying the city atmosphere. Our room, facing the street, was spacious, well-appointed, and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel allowed us to store our large bag on site until our return. To top it off, the breakfast was fantastic, one of the best we had in Germany.

The Wi-Fi connection wasn't great and we experienced difficulties with it, which was a bit frustrating. the range of toiletries in the bathroom was quite limited, so we had to go out and buy a few things that we needed.
